At KM Artisan Shop, we are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience from start to finish. We take great care to ensure your order is carefully packaged and shipped promptly, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your special gift will arrive safely.

**Processing & Production Time:**  


Our products are handcrafted with care just for you! Due to this, our standard production time is 3-5 business days (not including shipping time).

**Our Business Hours:**  


Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM  
Closed on Holidays

If you need your order sooner, we offer a **2-Business Day Rush Production** add-on. Simply add this option to your cart during checkout to expedite the process.

**Shipping:**  


We ship all orders via Canada Post using Regular Parcel or Registered Mail, depending on the weight of your package. Regular Parcel typically takes 6-8 business days, but please note that delays may occur during holidays. Once your order is handed over to the postal service, it is out of our control. To protect your order in case of any issues during shipping, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance by selecting the **Expedited** or *XpressPost** option at checkout.

**International Shipping:**  


Currently, we only ship within Canada and the U.S. For international deliveries, please allow 1-3 weeks, though unforeseen delays (such as customs processing) may occur. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot offer refunds for delayed international packages.

**Payment and Coupons:**  


All coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, as we cannot issue refunds for missed codes. We accept PayPal and Direct Checkout, and you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Orders will ship within 5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise discussed.

**Return & Exchange Policy:**  


We do not accept returns or exchanges on most items. If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Items not meeting these standards will be returned to the buyer at their expense. Please use a secure shipping method for returns, and we will process the return once it is received.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

**Color Variations and Product Tolerances:**  


We make every effort to display our product colors as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and material characteristics. If you have concerns about color matching, please reach out to us.

As all items are handcrafted, small variations in pattern or sizing are normal.

**Small Parts Notice:**  
Many of our items contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard to children. Always supervise children when they are wearing or handling items with small components.
